It’s my previlige to have been asked to propose vote of thanks on this occasion.

I on behalf of Velammal Vidhyashram and the entire let me call fraternity of education here together and on my own behalf extend a very hearty vote of thanks to all present here.

I express my deep gratitude to the Chief Guest of this occasion, Mr.R Arumugam, IPS who despite of his numerous and rather tight schedule has found time to grace this occasion personally. Sir we all are inspired by your valued thoughts benign presence.

Let me take this opportunity to express my deep felt thanks to Mr.G Kathikeyan, IPS, Chief Guest of Opening ceremony; and our special guests of this event Mr.Vilson Cheriyan & Mr.S Rajarathinam & MS.Sudha for gracing this occasion

We are indeed grateful for the gift of your time and honour of your presence.

Well, ladies & Gentlemen, an event like this cannot happen overnight. The wheel starts rolling weeks ago. It requires a planning & and a bird’s eye for details. We have been fortunate enough to be backed by a team of very motivated and dedicated colleagues of Velammal Vidhyashram who know their job and are result oriented.

A BIG Thank you to each one of you. [Physical Education Trainers, teaching staff, non-teaching staff, drivers, conductors, cleaners, maids, scavengers and all and all.

I also thank Mr.Shanmugam, Dean of academics for his valuable guidance.

I also thank all the distinguished invitees and Principals and other staff from our sister concerns for accepting our invitation gracing the occasion.

I on behalf of velammal vidhyashram, would like to congratulate all participants for leading the way in attaining many great accomplishments and also the students to enjoy the programme by silence with discipline.

I must mention our deep sense of appreciation to our parents to witness this event and also for inspiring your wards to participate in this event to make it a as a great success.

At this moment my special thanks goes to Mr.Ramakrishnan, advisor of Velammal Educational Trust for the valuable advises from time to time.

My talk would be incomplete unless I place on record my deep felt respect, love and gratitude to our beloved CEO, Mr.Velmurugam for inspiring, motivating and leading us all the time and also for giving us a platform to show our worth. At this occasion once again we ensure you that we continue to take responsibility and to act immediately.

Let me take this momentous opportunity to remind you that Velammal Vidhyashram, one year old CBSE affiliated school is going create a history by hosting the 17^th CBSE National Athletic Championship 2012 – 2013.
